2- WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
For confidentiality reasons, we collect the minimum amount of data possible from our clients; specifically, the data they voluntarily provide to us or those that we are legally required to collect and retain in the case of reservations made through booking platforms.

Please note that when you make a reservation through a booking platform, your data will be processed by the company managing it as the data controller, applying its own privacy policy, which is available on the booking platform’s website. We recommend that you read it. These data will be transferred to us in order to manage the reservation you have made through the booking platform.
e. In the case of our employees: identification data, social security data, bank details and all those necessary for the development of the employment relationship.

2.1.- YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL ONLY BE USED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
a. To register you in our database if you make a reservation.
b. To carry out the necessary commercial and administrative procedures with users of our website and with our clients or potential clients.
c. At PNM, we process the information you provide us with in order to respond to your request for information, provide you with information about our services, manage your reservations internally and externally, as well as the purchases we make from our suppliers, or to comply with legal obligations arising from these activities.
d. To send advertising commercial communications by email, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, in the event that you have expressly consented to receiving such communications electronically. In the event that you are registered in our customer database, we may send you commercial information related to our services without requiring prior consent.

f. To communicate with you in order to obtain your opinion on the quality of our services or the treatment received.

The data of our clients and suppliers will be processed, within the contractual relationship that binds them to us, in compliance with the administrative, tax, accounting and labour obligations that are necessary under current legislation. Also in relation to duties connected with cooperation with the State Security Forces and Bodies, regional authorities, Ministries or judges.

3- WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS THAT LEGITIMISES THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?
The legal basis that legitimises the processing of your personal data is your explicit consent, granted to carry out the purposes described above, which will be requested at the moment you request information from us.
In the event that a commercial relationship arises between you, whether as a client, supplier or employee, and PNM, the legal basis that will legitimise the processing of your personal data will be the execution of the contractual relationship that has been established, as well as, where applicable, compliance with the corresponding legal obligations.

4- RETENTION PERIOD. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

In the event that we hold your identification data in our database for the purpose of sending commercial information, it will be retained for as long as the legal basis that legitimises its storage and use remains in force. You may cancel your data at any time in order not to receive commercial information.
Once the data has fulfilled the purposes for which it was collected, we will delete it permanently. However, we will retain your data for a longer period if necessary to comply with legal obligations. Likewise, it may be necessary to retain them for the time required for the limitation period of any legal liabilities that may arise.
5- TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE DISCLOSED?
Your personal information will be made available to Judges, Courts and Public Administrations in anticipation of possible liabilities arising from the processing. Likewise, we have a legal duty to cooperate with the State Security Forces and Bodies, and to complete the Traveller Register.

LANGUAGE
The applicable language to this Privacy Policy is Spanish. Therefore, in the event of any contradiction between versions provided in other languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.

10.- LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
